Setup: Spread the Twister mat on a flat surface. Choose one player to be the referee who operates the spinner.

Starting Position: Players remove their shoes and stand at opposite ends of the mat, with feet on the yellow and blue circles closest to their end.

Rules: Only one body part per circle. If a circle is occupied, players must find another circle of the same color. Players cannot remove a body part from a circle unless instructed by a new spin.
