Where are the items sourced from?
We scour the globe to find unique and nostalgic items, with the majority of items sourced from the US, UK and Europe.
All applicable International freight, import and customs duties are included in the advertised price for each item.
Where will my order ship from?
All items ordered from the Hectic GIfts website have already been imported and are housed in and shipped from Melbourne Victoria.
How will my order be sent?
All orders are carefully bubble wrapped and packed in shipping boxes with bio-fill beads to protect items whilst in transit.
All Shipping is via Australia Post and order tracking is provided.
What Shipping Options do you offer?
All pricing includes FREE Standard Shipping Australia Wide.
We recognise however that sometimes orders are a little more urgent and that's why we also offer an option to upgrade delivery to Express Post for a flat $10 Fee Australia Wide. This option is available to select during checkout.
Can I request a special orders?
If you're after something that we don't currently range, just send us a message via the Contact Us page form and we will do our best to source it for you. We always love a challenge.
