All items ordered from the Hectic GIfts website have already been imported and are housed in and shipped from Melbourne Victoria.

All orders are carefully bubble wrapped and packed in shipping boxes with bio-fill beads to protect items whilst in transit.

All Shipping is via Australia Post and order tracking is provided.

All pricing includes FREE Standard Shipping Australia Wide.

We recognise however that sometimes orders are a little more urgent and that's why we also offer an option to upgrade delivery to Express Post for a flat $10 Fee Australia Wide. This option is available to select during checkout.
