Setup: Place all 12 Funatomy parts into their corresponding openings on Cavity Sam's body. Shuffle the doctor cards and deal them face down to players. Place the specialist cards face down in a pile. Give each player an equal amount of game money.

Taking Your Turn: On your turn, draw a doctor card which tells you which ailment to remove and how much money you'll earn if successful. Use the tweezers to carefully extract the piece from the opening.

Successful Removal: If you remove the Funatomy part without touching the sides, collect the money shown on your doctor card. Your turn ends and play passes to the next player.

Hitting the Buzzer: If you touch the sides, Cavity Sam's nose will light up and the buzzer will sound! Draw a specialist card which may give you another chance or offer special instructions. You don't collect money on this turn.

Specialist Cards: These cards can help you when you've hit the buzzer. They might let you try again, switch ailments with another player, or provide other strategic advantages.

Winning the Game: The game ends when all Funatomy parts have been successfully removed. The player with the most money wins!
