1. Shuffle all the Candle Tiles and place them face-down in the center of the play area.

2. Give each player an equal number of Character Tiles.

3. Place the Flame Tokens in a pile within reach of all players.

Gameplay:

1. On your turn, flip over two Candle Tiles. If they match in color, you can use them to start or add to one of your candles.

2. Candles must be built from the bottom up, with matching colors stacked on top of each other.

3. If you don't find a match, flip the tiles back face-down and your turn ends.

4. You can use Character Tiles to activate special abilities that help you build candles faster or hinder opponents.

5. Once you've completed a candle (reached the required height based on the game's difficulty level), you can use a Flame Token to "light" it, securing those points.

6. Unlit candles are vulnerable to the "Meanie of Chanukah" effects, which might cause you to lose candle segments.
